Return Policy

At Utsav Momo, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction by providing a seamless shopping experience. We strive to maintain high-quality standards for all our products.

Once the product return is received, we will send you the replacement of the same product based on availability. If eligible for a replacement, it will be dispatched within 7 to 10 days and delivered within 10 days after dispatching.

Want to return a product?

A return request must be initiated within 2 hours of delivery by calling our customer care or sending an email. The product should be returned in its original condition.

Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Defective or damaged product
  • Incorrect product delivered

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product returned without original packaging
  • Damage reported after 2 hours of delivery

Note: Customers are encouraged to record and share an unboxing video as proof of missing or damaged items. Claims must be submitted within 2 hours of receipt; otherwise, refund requests will not be processed.

How to initiate a return request?

Send an email to novadifood@gmail.com or call our customer care at +91 90827 60604. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a pickup at our own cost. After receiving the returned product, we will verify the claim and initiate the refund process.

What happens next?

The return process generally takes 1-5 working days, depending on the nature of the product and your location. We assure you that we work diligently to resolve return requests promptly.

Cancellation Policy

While we aim to fulfill every order placed on https://utsavmomo.com, there may be instances where cancellation is necessary.

Orders may be canceled under the following conditions:

  • Product is out of stock or unavailable
  • Purchase quantity exceeds availability
  • Pricing or promotional errors
  • Incomplete or inaccurate address details

We may require additional verification or details before processing your order. If an order is canceled after payment, the refund will be initiated as soon as possible.

Customer-Initiated Cancellation:

If you request an order cancellation within 1 hour of placing the order and it has not been processed, we will cancel the order and issue a refund. However, orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Refund Policy

When will I receive my refund?

  • For valid returns, refunds are credited within 4-5 working days after we receive the product at our center.
  • For cancellations, if the product has not been shipped, the refund is processed immediately.
