1. What are the charges for a sample?
Ans: Yes, you can get samples. We provide 5 variants in a sample with 2 momos of each variant. Our delivery boy will deliver it at the nearest railway station, and we charge ₹100 for a sample.
2. How do you provide delivery of products?
Ans: If your order is more than 5000 momos, we supply it by van, but if it’s less, we supply it by train. Our person will deliver the order to your nearest railway station, and you have to pick up the order from there.
3. What are the Outstation Delivery charges?
Ans: Extra packaging and traveling cost will be applicable for all outstation deliveries except Mumbai. For any customization in packaging, extra packaging cost will be applicable.
4. Can we get same-day delivery?
Ans: We can’t assure same-day delivery as we follow a T+1 pattern for delivery. We deliver momos on the next day of order between 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. We don’t deliver on Sundays.
